Longtime Goshen County resident Ralph Nash celebrates his 100th birthday Monday at the Torrington Senior Friendship Center. Nash enjoyed cake and ice cream and, as an extra special treat, Director Linda Cockett presented Nash with a letter and certificate from Gov. Matt Mead congratulating him on his milestone. Nash said he was surprised to receive the official correspondence.
