TORRINGTON – The Lancer Rodeo team at Eastern Wyoming College is seeking vendors and local businesses for their annual trade show, to run in conjunction with the Lancer Rodeo 2018 in March.
The college has partnered with local radio station KGOS/KERM again this year to host the trade show, scheduled all three days of the 2018 Lancer Rodeo, March 23 to 15, in Torrington. Booth rental fees are $150 for a 12-foot by 6-foot booth or $300 for a 12-foot square space. Rentals include one, eight-foot table and two chairs, along with name recognition during rodeo performances, an on-air interview and a listing in the rodeo program.
In 2016, the EWC Lancer Rodeo was named Rodeo of the Year by the Central Rocky Mountain Region of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association. That year, the event hosted more than 290 contestants from more than 10 states. Rodeo attendance typically exceeds 4,500.
“We look forward each year to bring college rodeo and great student-athletes to Goshen County,” said EWC Rodeo Coach Jake Clark. “We are excited about the trade show again and our partnership with KGOS/ KERM. We hope everyone can come out and take in the rodeo, trade show or both.”
To reserve a spot in the trade show, contact Clark at (307) 532-0692 or KGOS/KERM owner Grant Kath at (307) 532-2158.
