FORT LARAMIE – A graveside service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018 at the Fort Laramie Cemetery with Pastor Bruce McBurney officiating. A fellowship gathering will follow at the Fort Laramie Presbyterian Church.
Glenda Lee Foote was born Jan. 25, 1960 to Don and Velma (Oliver) Foote in Torrington. She passed away, surrounded by her family in Inyokern, California on August 14, 2018.
Glenda went to school in Fort Laramie through third grade. She graduated from Wheatland High School in 1978, attended nursing school graduating with an LPN in 2006. She married Ronald Bugher in 1982 and had three children; Gina Bugher of Inyokern, Calif., Ryan Bugher (deceased) and Alexander Bugher of Temecula, Calif.
Glenda was especially kind and caring to anyone “disadvantaged” and loved her patients. She was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening (though limited by the climate in the Mojave Desert), and loved her three dogs; Poot, Izzie and Emma.
Glenda was preceded in death by her father Donald Lyle and her son Ryan Lyle. She is survived by her mother Velma, husband Ron, daughter Gina, son Alex, and sister Lorrie Goodrich.
