This week, students at GEAR UP’s camp on criminal investigation learned about collecting evidence, working as a team, figuring out individual strengths, and much more. GEAR UP director Judy Brown and coordinator Rebecca Deen, both of Torrington, said that student have really jumped into the action, learning the ins and outs of criminal investigation.
