TORRINGTON – Funeral services for Billy Joe Rush, 84, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, at Eastgate Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in the Valley View Cemetery. Billy died September 27, 2021, at Goshen Healthcare Community.
