Learn to eat right

TORRINGTON The University of Wyoming Extension Service will offer classes on healthy eating through March.

The Cent$ible Nutrition Program is an old stand-by in Goshen County, said program assistant Deborah Battleson with the county Extension Service here. The focus of the classes is helping individuals and families create nutritional meals on a budget.

In these days of fast food and fast living, were surrounded by cheap and easy food with no nutritional substance, Ms. Battleson said. Its important to slow down, to think about what were consuming, to think about ways to treat our bodies right and make that affordable.
