The Hill drama continues

TORRINGTON – With the 2014 budget session of the Wyoming Legislature barely a week old, much of the attention by state legislators is on Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill and what to do about the Wyoming Supreme Court’s vacation of a law enacted last year that stripped the superintendent of most of her duties and responsibilities.

House Bill 110, introduced by Rep. Gerald Gay (R-Natrona County), seeks to restore the duties and responsibilities to the superintendent that were stripped during last year’s session.
