LAGRANGE – After a meeting in April for LaGrange residents to discuss issues with surface and groundwater use, the Wyoming State Engineer’s Office has released a statement on the results and regulations now in place for irrigation in southern Goshen County.

The statement from the engineer’s office stated, “Groundwater used for irrigation from the LaGrange Aquifer will be limited to 12 inches per year for the next three years (starting in 2014), and a total of 36 inches over that period.”
