Hands-on science at Trail

TORRINGTON – Third-graders from Lingle, Trail and Southeast elementary schools came together at Trail Elementary on Tuesday for a fun-filled day of learning about force and motion.

Some of the activities included pushing shopping carts at different levels of force to see which one would go farther, as well as rolling a marble down a “roller-coaster type” structure starting at different heights.
