Emergency personnel reflect on high winds

TORRINGTON – Last weekend’s 60-plus mph winds caused few incidents, according to Torrington and Goshen County emergency response personnel.

According to Lieutenant Doug Weeks of the Torrington Police Department, the high winds did cause a few trees to blow down, but there were no major incidents or power outages.
