EWC caps off Black History Month with presentation

TORRINGTON – As the pièce de résistance for Eastern Wyoming College’s (EWC) Black History Month, Robert Byrd, D.D.S. and longtime Torrington resident, presented a discussion on blacks in Wyoming last week at EWC’s Fine Arts Building.

Speaking before a standing room only crowd in lecture hall 1, Byrd often spoke about his own family and experiences as a native Wyoming African-American.
