TORRINGTON – In the Torrington Emergency Medical Services (EMS) annual report to the Goshen County Commissioners this week, EMS Executive Director Darin Yates told the commissioners that 2012 was the busiest year on record.
“EMS personnel responded to 1,034 calls is 2012, compared to 951 in 2011,” Yates told the commissioners.
