Trilure hopes high-quality lanyards make local impact

HUNTLEY – According to his wife, Carla, Billy Lujan is always tinkering around with something or another in the house.

“Billy has always been super crafty, and he likes to build and create his own things, just around the house – anything, really,” she said.
