CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Legislature is down to its final hours and is set to wrap up most of its business by Wednesday, as some late-moving, well-publicized bills passed through committees or final readings early this week.
On Tuesday morning, a House conference committee approved the newest version of the lottery bill, 33-25.
