Our Clothing Store no more - Board votes for closure

Photo/ Andrew Towne - The Our Clothing Store Board of Directors formally voted to close the store and dissolve the corporation at a meeting Wednesday night.

TORRINGTON – The entire meeting lasted only about 30 minutes. In that short time, all attendees were offered the chance to speak and the board voted in favor of closing Our Clothing Store, dissolving the corporation and returning funds, if any remain, to the shareholders.
