Not guilty pleas entered in vehicular homicide case

TORRINGTON – The Cheyenne man facing two counts of aggravated homicide by vehicle and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and causing serious bodily injury pleaded not guilty to all charges at a brief District Court arraignment Wednesday.

Judge Keith Kautz informed Ethan Kaufman – the alleged driver of a vehicle that left two young Scottsbluff, Neb. women dead from injuries – of his rights, court processes, the charges he faced and the possible maximum penalties.
