Torrington Livestock Market hires first full-time veterinarian

TORRINGTON – There hasn’t been much time to get out and see the sights for Rex Rammell, D.V.M., Torrington Livestock Market’s first full-time veterinarian, since moving to Torrington.

“We moved here last summer,” Rammell said, “and since then, I’ve inspected over 200,000 head of cattle and preg checked around 12,000.”
