Overpass girders span highway

Photo/ Andrew Towne - Contractors, in conjunction with the Wyoming Department of Transportation, finished setting girders across U.S. Highway 26 in Torrington last week. The overpass still must clear the railroad tracks, which is scheduled for the coming weeks.
