Elina Layman was born to Brett Layman and Juliana Garcia, of Casper, on Feb. 7 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Neb.

Proud grandparents include Wayne and Janet Layman, of Clio, Mich., and Juan and Frances Garcia, of Torrington.



Andrew David Bloemker

Andrew David Bloemker was born to parents David and Many Bloemker, of Torrington, on Feb. 7. in the Community Hospital in Torrington.

Andrew weighed eight pounds, six ounces and measured 21 1/2 inches long.



Brandon Mathew Miller

Proud parents Josh and Miranda Miller, of Torrington, welcomed baby Brandon Mathew Miller on Feb. 7 at 1:24 p.m.

Brandon weighed seven pounds and measured 20 inches.
