Circuit court hosts driver’s preliminary hearing

TORRINGTON – Circuit Court Judge Randy Arp bound over four felonies to district court relating to the fatal car crash that left two young women dead at a preliminary hearing late last week.

Investigating officer Anthony Badura, with the Wyoming Highway Patrol, was the only witness or member of law enforcement to take the stand during Friday’s brief hearing.
