Vandalism suspects taken into custody

TORRINGTON – Two of three individuals connected to six incidents of car and residence windows being shot out via a BB gun in late December and early January have been apprehended.

Levi Fales, 20, of Torrington, was arrested Jan. 18 and has been charged with felony property destruction after being picked up by police for outstanding warrants not related to the vandalism case.
