Cheyenne man posts bond

TORRINGTON – The driver arrested and charged with four felonies in the fatal vehicle accident that resulted in two deaths posted $50,000 bond and was released from the Goshen County jail Tuesday evening.

Cheyenne resident Ethan Kaufman, 22, was appointed an attorney, Douglas-based public defender Eric Palen, and opted for a speedy preliminary hearing, which, as of press time, is scheduled for Feb. 8 at 10:30 a.m.
