THS wrestling drops match to Douglas

Torrington’s Michael Newman pins his Douglas opponent to the mat in the first period Tuesday night in Douglas. It took Newman all of a minute, 15 seconds.

DOUGLAS – The Torrington Blazers’ wrestling team was defeated by conference foe, Douglas 51-27 Tuesday night in Douglas.

At one point in the match, the Blazers were only down 28-27 heading into the final four matches of the night.
