TORRINGTON – According to Jerry Villalobos, superintendent for the Reiman Corporation, the new bypass construction at the east of edge of town on U.S. Highway 26 is progressing on schedule, even with the colder weather that has settled into the area.
“We’ll be setting the steel girders this week,” Villalobos said.
