Slow start dooms Lady Blazers

NEWCASTLE – The Torrington High School (THS) Lady Blazers couldn’t overcome a 17-point first-quarter deficit on Friday against the Newcastle Lady Dogies.

The Lady Dogies jumped out to a 20-3 first-quarter lead.
