CHEYENNE – The Wyoming State Land and Investment Board (SLIB) convened in Cheyenne on Friday and approved every Goshen County funding request before it, pumping more than $1.25 million into local infrastructure projects in Yoder, Fort Laramie, Hawk Springs and Torrington.
The largest commitment from the state, at $487,500, went to Torrington for a new fire truck, the city’s first since 1983.
