EWC student selected as one of top three welders

TORRINGTON – One of three top welders to advance from the American Welding Society/SkillsUSA U.S. Invitational Weld Trials was Tanner Tipsword from Eastern Wyoming College (EWC). Tipsword is from Cheyenne.
