TORRINGTON – One of the most profound and far-reaching bills before the current Wyoming Legislature is Senate File (SF) 0104. If passed, the bill would allow the governor to appoint a new director of education, who would serve the governor and limit the duties and responsibilities of the superintendent of public instruction.
