Council passes ordinance after public sounds off

TORRINGTON – After two readings went by with little debate or discussion at previous meetings, the Torrington City Council passed the third and final reading of an ordinance relating to order and decorum at public meetings after three residents had stood and spoke about the measure.

The ordinance eventually earned unanimous approval.
