Wyoming junior high school student receives rare honor

Outstanding music students from Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming have received top honors by being selected to participate in one of the 2013 National Association for Music Educators All-Northwest performing groups.

Isaac Riley, 15, auditioned and was selected to join other outstanding choir students in grades 9-12.
