7:54 p.m., Torrington: suspicious circumstances – afraid to go home and wants to make a report

9:01 p.m., Torrington: disturbance – intoxicated pedestrian causing a disturbance in front of the Broncho

10:12 p.m., Torrington: motor vehicle accident – one vehicle hit hydrant post, no injuries, vehicle was a van on the south side of the road
