Utah contractor sues over WMCI project

CHEYENNE (AP) – A Utah construction company that built a medium-security prison in Torrington is suing the Wyoming Department of Corrections over what it says is money still owed for the project.

Officials with Sandy, Utah-based Layton Construction say the department still owes them $2.7 million.
