TORRINGTON – Newly appointed Wyoming State Treasurer Mark Gordon said his visit to Torrington last Friday was a great opportunity to learn, first-hand, what Goshen County communities are seeking in their various State Land and Investment Board (SLIB) grant applications.
Following on the heels of Secretary of State Max Maxfield’s visit two weeks ago, Gordon made a stop at the Torrington Fire Hall to introduce himself to community leaders and listen to several brief narratives on the project proposals that will be in front of SLIB on Jan. 17.
