Poor shooting costs Lady Blazers

GERING, Neb. – The Torrington Lady Blazers shot only 21 percent from the field and turned the ball over 18 times in a 40-35 loss on Friday night to the Gering, Neb. Lady Bulldogs.

Allison Marsh, Avery Madden and Kaylie Haun each scored for the Lady Blazers, pushing them to an early 6-2 lead midway through the first quarter.
