Blazers blow first-half lead at Gering

Torrington’s Blake Wisroth knocked down the first shot of the game for the Blazers. He scored 10 points, including one 3-pointer in Gering, Neb. last Friday.

GERING, Neb. – The Torrington Blazers blew an eight point first-quarter lead before suffering their fifth loss of the season 52-39 to the Gering Bulldogs.

Seniors Blake Wisroth and Cameron Kelly combined for all 10 first-quarter points.

Wisroth and Kelly each hit a 3-pointer to start the game to give the Blazers an early 6-3 advantage.
