Precipitation-starved Goshen County could face dry winter

TORRINGTON – Santa-seekers won’t be the only ones keeping their eyes on the skies this season.

The National Weather Service (NWS) in Cheyenne released a drought information statement last week discussing the 30- and 90-day precipitation and temperature outlooks.
