City seeks SLIB funds

TORRINGTON – The City of Torrington is looking to secure more than $600,000 in grant funding for seven major city projects.

During its Dec. 4 meeting, the Torrington City Council approved a joint resolution with the Goshen County Commission approving applications for $632,700 in grant funding for the city and $81,500 for the county from the State Land and Investment Board (SLIB).
