Festival of Trees raises $1,500

TORRINGTON – Fifteen Christmas trees, large and small, extravagant or simple, went for an average price of about $100 during this year’s Festival of Trees, which benefits Gracie’s Promise.

Festival Chairman Diane Huesman said the Friday and Saturday event raised $1,570 for the nonprofit charity.
