WMCI looks back on 2012

TORRINGTON – It’s been just more than a year since Warden Steve Hargett took over Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution (WMCI) for former Warden Michael Murphy, and the time has come to look back.

During the Wednesday evening quarterly Prison Community Partnership Committee (PCPC) meeting, Hargett reviewed the goals WMCI officials set for 2012.
