Council examines expenditures at short meeting

TORRINGTON – The Torrington City Council went page by page over some budget items for the majority of the brief, regularly scheduled meeting on Nov. 20.

Required Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality testing cost the city $3,350 at the dump.
