Kiwanis make donation to library

Photo/ Travis Pearson - The Torrington chapter of the Kiwanis Club has disbanded, but before fully closing up shop, the club decided to go out with a bang by donating $3,124.46 to the library. The state will match the funds three times over; Doug Armstrong and Bond and Mary Houser were not able to make the presentation.
