TORRINGTON – Election years are the symbol of a democratic society. Every two years (four when we’re dealing with the president), citizens of the United States take time out of their day to voice their opinion on who they want to be elected as their leader.
In what was considered a critical election, the Goshen County area saw an increase in voter turnout in 2012.
