Local earns hall of fame honor

TORRINGTON – Janice Harris of Torrington was recently inducted into the Colarado School for the Deaf and Blind (CSDB) Hall of Fame in recognition of her achievements in athletics.

She was an outstanding player on the teams of basketball, volleyball, softball and track. She is the first woman from the school to be inducted into the hall of fame.
