Rupp named new Goshen commissioner

TORRINGTON – During Wednesday’s Goshen County Commissioners meeting District Court Judge Keith Kautz announced his selection for the seat vacated by Ross Newman’s resignation. And the winner is: Carl Rupp.

After Newman’s resignation, the Goshen County Republican Central Committee advanced three names to the two remaining commissioners for their consideration to fill the vacancy.
