Adams, Law take council seats

TORRINGTON – Following the same trend as the primaries, incumbent Torrington City Councilman Randy Adams and newcomer Bill Law are the unofficial winners of two council seats.

“I’m pleased to have won and appreciate the support from everybody in the community,” Adams said. He has been a councilman for the past 12 years.
