Mayor's Correspondence: Fly your American Flags on Sunday, Nov. 11 (Veteran's Day). The WY Supreme Court will hear a case at EWC on 11-27-12 at 10 a.m. The oral argument is open to the public. This is a great opportunity for the citizens to experience their government at work.



Public Forum (non-agenda): Limit two minutes, must sign up before meeting. This is a time for council to listen: No action will be taken.



Approval of the Agenda: Recommended Action: Approve the agenda as presented. This will include a) Approval of the Minutes from 10-16-12 and 10-19-12 s published and all actions therein be ratified.



Action Items:



Approval of the bills from 10-17-12 to 11-6-12. Recommended Action: Approve as presented.



David Dent Golf Pro:

1. 2013 tournament schedule.

2. Golf trail fees.

3. RV park.



Award the 4WD Backhoe Loader Bid. Staff recommends awarding the bid to Honnen Equipment in the amount of $115,183.



Treasurer Strecker:

End of fiscal year financial report.
