TORRINGTON – Halloween Night on Wednesday wrapped up nearly a full week of festivities, sweets and treats.

Various events – like First State Bank in Torrington hosting Miss Wyoming Lexie Madden and other costumed characters, McDonald’s attracting dozens of youngsters and Gymkhana showing off dressed-up kids on horseback – preceded the spooky night.
