‘Trunk or Treat’ rolls in on Halloween

TORRINGTON – Calling all costumed cars!

The Torrington Merchants Association and city of Torrington are hosting Downtown Trunk or Treat and are taking applications for residents to hand out candy on Halloween from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
