TORRINGTON – The Wyoming Department of Corrections is pleased to announce Correctional Officer Robert Babbitt (uniform employee) and Office Support Specialist II Rhoda Frailey (non-uniform employee) have been selected as the employees of the second quarter for the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington.
Babbitt was selected because he takes initiative and demonstrates professionalism at every turn as he directs and organizes tasks delegated to him involving training for new officers.
