Silver to gold

Sharp, who has been serving with the TPD since 2000, now commands the patrol portion of the department. Among the promotion ceremony’s attendants were Dr. Rex Cogdill of Eastern Wyoming College, Mayor Mike Varney and some of Sharp’s fellow police officers and commanders.
